Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Clean Contacts application (“Service”).
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined in this section. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
• Application: The software program provided by the Company, downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Clean Contacts.
• Application Store: The digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) where the Application is available.
• Company: Refers to Clean Contacts, also referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our.”
• Country: Refers to Kazakhstan.
• Device: Any device that can access the Service, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
• Service: Refers to the Application, including all its features and functionalities.
• Subscription: A recurring payment model granting access to specific features or content within the Service.
• Terms and Conditions (Terms): The agreement that governs Your use of the Service.
• You: The individual accessing or using the Service or the legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing the Service.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and the agreement between You and the Company. By using the Service, You agree to comply with these Terms. If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not use the Service.
Your access to the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with Our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.
In-App Purchases
• The Service offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features or enhance functionality.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed through the Application Store linked to Your account. The Company does not directly collect or store payment details.
Subscriptions
• The Service offers subscription plans that grant access to premium features or content for a recurring fee.
• Subscription Period: Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected by You.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription through Your Application Store account settings.
• Trial Period: The Service may offer a free trial period for certain subscriptions. If You do not cancel before the trial period ends, You will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
• Refunds for in-app purchases or subscriptions are subject to the policies of the Application Store where the purchase was made. Please refer to the respective store’s refund policy.
• The Company does not issue direct refunds unless required by law.
User Responsibilities
• You must not misuse the Service, including unauthorized access, reverse-engineering, or interfering with its functionality.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account and any actions performed under Your account.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• The Company and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Your use of the Service.
• The Company’s liability is limited to the amount You paid through the Service or $100 if no payments were made.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet Your needs, be error-free, or operate uninterrupted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, excluding its conflict of law rules. You may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws based on Your location.
If You have a dispute regarding the Service, You agree to attempt resolution informally by contacting Us first.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on Our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
